How does ConcreteFinder work?

ConcreteFinder turns a scattered search into three steps. You compare contractors ranked by real review data, tell us about your project once, then receive up to 3 exclusive quotes to weigh side by side. The whole flow is free, and you are never obligated to hire.

  1. 1. Compare ranked pros

Browse any of 8 services or your GTA area and see companies ranked by verified Google reviews, not ad spend.

  2. 2. Tell us the project

Share your service, area and a few details in one short form. It takes about two minutes and works on any phone.

  3. 3. Get up to 3 quotes

We match you with up to 3 exclusive local contractors. Each quote is yours alone, so you get faster, more competitive replies.

How does ConcreteFinder rank companies?

ConcreteFinder ranks each company with a Bayesian-adjusted Google rating that weighs review volume, so a 5.0 rating on 4 reviews cannot leapfrog a 4.8 on 300. The score blends each company's own rating with the dataset average of 4.8★ using a 10-review prior, so a rating only approaches its raw star value once real review volume backs it up. On top of that base we add small verification boosts: +0.15 for an active website, +0.10 for three or more real project photos, +0.05 for a listed phone number and +0.05 for posted hours. For example, a 5.0-star contractor with 4 reviews and no website ranks below a 4.8-star contractor with 300 reviews, a live site and photos, because both volume and verification favour the second. No company can buy a higher position, and the method is identical for all 804 listings.

ConcreteFinder questions, answered

How does ConcreteFinder rank concrete contractors?

ConcreteFinder ranks companies with a Bayesian-adjusted Google rating, which weighs review volume so a 5.0 on 4 reviews cannot outrank a 4.8 on 300, plus small verification boosts for an active website, a listed phone, photos and posted hours. No business can pay to rank higher. The full formula is on our methodology page.

Is ConcreteFinder free for homeowners?

How do the free quotes work?

Tell ConcreteFinder your service, area and project details in a short form, and we forward your request to up to 3 well-reviewed local contractors who fit the job, not a mass blast to everyone in the category. There is no obligation to hire anyone.
