ConcreteFinder gives each company one number out of 100. Reviews carry 45 of it, on a Bayesian-adjusted rating that weighs review volume, so a 5.0 on 4 reviews cannot leapfrog a 4.8 on 300: each rating is blended with the dataset average of 4.8★ using a 10-review prior.
